Where can I find these Collectibles?
Ask your local jewelry retail store if they carry Dazzlers Collectibles. Dazzlers Collectibles are carried in most fine jewelry retail stores.
Can I Customize an item?
Customization is available. Allow one month for design and four months for production. Please prepare and submit your artwork with dimensions and colors for production.
My payment options?
Retailers can use credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. They also have the option of faxing credit references for COD or open terms.
How do you ship your items?
We ship using UPS, which allows retailers a choice of Ground, 3rd day, 2nd day, or Overnight delivery.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes, volume discounts are available. Please inquire within.
Can I return an item if I don’t want it anymore?
Items can be returned for full refund if returned within 30 days. After 30 days items returned will have a 15% restocking fee.
How long does it take to receive an item if it is out of stock?
Items that are out of stock may take up to three months. As wholesalers we restock our inventory every 3 months.
If the item I order is out of stock, can I back order the item?
We are able to put items on back order, but as mentioned above, they may take up to three months for the item to be restocked.
Can you drop ship orders?
Yes, if you can provide the name and address of the customer you would like us to drop ship the item to, we will be more than glad to fulfill your request.
What do I do if I receive an item damaged?
